Aurynge

Aurynge

Canadian RealtorsLocal Windows appOptional cloud sync

Aurynge combines a local CRM and email client with website publishing, Canadian real estate workflows, source-linked market research, relationship priorities, and reviewable AI-assisted actions.

Email

Connected mailboxes, conversation history, compose and reply, templates, campaigns, sequences, engagement tracking, and AI drafting are documented. The Free plan includes the CRM and email application features; private RAG indexing has a separate entitlement boundary.

Website / CMS

The CMS supports public sites, listings, pages, articles, media, themes, forms, lead capture, and CRM-connected publishing. Its public site includes an AI assistant page grounded in published listings, a self-service booking route, and a branded, read-only client deal portal. A separate private buyer-search page presents realtor-managed saved searches over listings published on that realtor's site through revocable, 90-day links. MLS and local market context can feed listing and article workflows.

CRM

Contacts, companies, pipelines, deals, tasks, activities, campaigns, documents, transactions, showings, offers, forms, consent, forecasting, and reporting share a local data model. Manual realtor assignment on contacts and a fixed realtor route on each lead form cover new or previously unassigned contacts.

Decision intelligence

Source-linked Canadian market changes are matched to contacts and deals with reasons, priorities, suggested actions, and editable drafts. Mutating CRM and outbound actions use confirmation or review steps.

Access + team

A local Windows desktop application is current. Mobile browser access and named-user record sharing use optional cloud sync. Typed and spoken requests use the same native intent pipeline for supported CRM, email, calendar, transaction, and CMS actions.

AI capabilities

AI drafts blog articles with cited public research and writes social content; the editor can generate original images. A selected local folder can be indexed for semantic retrieval and its source chosen for agent-chat context, subject to the private-RAG entitlement. Typed or spoken supported intents can create or update CRM records, prepare and confirm email sends, and manage CMS content. The website assistant sends published listing context into public chat. Relevant chat routes retrieve market evidence, mapped amenities and schools, city market summaries, and neighbourhood investment summaries when available. Market research applies a selected 7-to-90-day page lookback and carries source dates into AI writing; blog output includes dated citations. This is freshness evidence, not a guaranteed near-real-time refresh interval.

Evidence boundary: The buyer-search page is verified in source and focused tests, including a SQLite schema upgrade, but not yet on a running tenant and public website. Buyers cannot edit saved-search criteria there, and results are limited to the realtor's published listings rather than the full MLS inventory. The reviewed assignment capability covers manual realtor selection on contacts and a fixed realtor route for each lead form when a contact is new or unassigned. It does not automatically grant team access or provide round-robin or load-balanced routing. A publicly distributed macOS release was not verified. Native iOS and Android apps are not documented; cloud synchronization is a paid add-on.

MoxiWorks RISE public product page captured on 22 September 2026

Public product page captured 22 September 2026.

MoxiWorks

MoxiWorks RISE

Brokerage purchaseNative AIUnified suite

RISE joins CRM, email marketing, websites, CMA presentations, workflows, and daily AI priorities at the brokerage level.

Email

Email, CRM, and campaigns share engagement data. RISE documents behaviour-triggered campaigns, ready-to-send messages, AI drafting, and email/calendar/social sync.

Website / CMS

Branded agent websites include IDX search and built-in lead capture, with site activity flowing into the CRM. Public material gives less detail about general-purpose page and blog editing.

CRM

Contacts, history, stages, property preferences, tasks, workflows, campaign performance, and mobile access sit in the same platform. Direct purchase is currently positioned at brokerages.

Decision intelligence

RISE monitors CRM, MLS, email, and campaign signals, ranks daily contacts, explains who is ready and why, proposes a next step, drafts outreach, and requires agent approval before sending.

Access + team

The cloud platform has a native mobile app, and teams can share leads, templates, and campaigns. Native AI Chat accepts keyboard input and mobile voice input for supported product work. Local Windows or Mac installation is not documented.

AI capabilities

RISE drafts personalized emails, surfaces ready-to-send posts and ads, and builds campaigns from CRM, MLS, and market-event signals. Public sources do not establish AI-authored blogs, original image generation, or local-folder RAG. AI Chat is available on mobile, but exact CRM writes, email sends by chat, and CMS changes need workflow-specific confirmation.

Evidence boundary: Live MLS and market-event inputs are documented. Source-linked public neighbourhood or municipal research and full mobile-browser parity are not confirmed.

Rechat public product page captured on 22 September 2026

Public product page captured 22 September 2026.

Rechat

Rechat

BrokeragesModular platformAI assistant

Rechat connects People, Studio, Deals, and Lucy in a modular real estate operating system spanning CRM, marketing, listings, and transactions.

Email

Google and Microsoft sync, an email builder, campaigns, templates, engagement analytics, opt-out handling, and AI-assisted replies are documented.

Website / CMS

Studio publishes agent and listing websites, open-house pages, social posts, ads, and print. MLS data can flow into marketing assets. General blog and SEO management is less explicit.

CRM

People manages contacts, leads, tasks, calendars, routing, tags, and Flows. Deals adds listings, offers, closings, checklists, contracts, and live data feeds.

Decision intelligence

Lucy works ahead, writes replies, creates campaigns, and manages listing work. Public material does not clearly document a daily ranked relationship list, why-now explanations, or cited market research.

Access + team

Native iOS and Android apps, brokerage and team hierarchies, role permissions, contact ownership, routing, and work-on-behalf workflows are documented. Lucy accepts typed or spoken commands to draft, create marketing, and manage listing work.

AI capabilities

Lucy can write blog and social posts, summarize market information supplied to it, create property email campaigns and listing websites, and add contact notes or reminders. The reviewed sources do not specify a refresh guarantee for market evidence in each draft, a native text-to-image generator, or local-folder RAG. Campaign creation and website creation are documented; chat-driven sending and general CMS publishing remain narrower claims.

Evidence boundary: Proactive relationship prioritization and mobile-browser parity are described less specifically than content, workflow, and native mobile capabilities.

BoldTrail public product page captured on 22 September 2026

Inside Real Estate

BoldTrail

Agents to brokeragesAI Smart CRMConnected suite

BoldTrail combines the successor to kvCORE with IDX websites, lead generation, marketing automation, mobile alerts, and connected transaction and back-office products.

Email

Automated follow-up and behavioural nurture are core to the platform. The reviewed public pages provide less precise detail about mailbox synchronization, a unified inbox, and campaign analytics.

Website / CMS

Customizable IDX websites, community content, valuation pages, landing and squeeze pages, lead capture, and a flexible page editor are documented. The integrated CoreHome product adds a branded client property-search portal; its embedded communication is not counted as AI chat without evidence of AI answers.

CRM

The Smart CRM covers lead validation, scoring, follow-up priorities, listings, workflows, performance reporting, mobile alerts, and links to transaction, recruiting, and back-office tools.

Decision intelligence

AI scoring, follow-up prioritization, and real-time mobile alerts are confirmed. Public sources are less explicit about why-now explanations, source-linked local research, and a human approval gate.

Access + team

Streams provides native iOS and Android access. Team features include private and shared contacts, lead routing, lead ponds, role permissions, campaign control, and team dashboards. The native AI Assistant accepts open-ended typed questions; voice input is not confirmed.

AI capabilities

Streams documents AI-assisted follow-up and a typed assistant for questions and next steps. The reviewed pages do not establish AI-written website blogs or social posts using dated market sources, image generation, local-folder RAG, or chat-executed CRM, email, and CMS changes. Automated marketing is not counted as native generative content without that evidence.

Evidence boundary: kvCORE is the predecessor platform and is not counted as a separate current product. Local desktop installation and mobile-browser parity are not documented in the reviewed sources.

Back At You public product page captured on 22 September 2026

Public product page captured 22 September 2026.

Back At You

Back At You

BrokeragesVertical operating systemFour-product suite

Back At You links Websites, Social, Office, and Financial around one brokerage data foundation, extending from lead capture to commission payout.

Email

Newsletters, drip campaigns, CRM correspondence, and seller reporting are documented. Mailbox sync and AI-written relationship email are not clearly described on the reviewed pages.

Website / CMS

The website layer includes natural-language MLS search, AI page generation, community pages, single-property sites, landing pages, AEO and SEO, PPC, and lead routing.

CRM

Office provides the relationship workspace, brokerage intranet, lead routing, tasks, reminders, and action plans. Financial adds transaction compliance, documents, commissions, and reports.

Decision intelligence

Automated seller reports, listing promotion, content, and relationship workflows are visible. A documented who-to-contact ranking, why-now explanation, and next-best-action model were not confirmed.

Access + team

The browser-based suite documents a shared brokerage record, internal team calendars, company lead routing, and administrative visibility. Text prompts can generate website pages, but a general native application chat and voice control are not documented.

AI capabilities

Social automates listing and local-market posts from MLS and market inputs. The Websites product generates community or property pages from text prompts, with imagery and copy included. The sources do not establish a standalone original-image generator, a defined refresh interval for AI market claims, local-folder RAG, or general AI-agent control of CRM and email.

Evidence boundary: Several capabilities are distributed across separately named products even though the vendor presents one shared platform. Local desktop installation, a native mobile app, and voice intents are not confirmed.

Brivity

Brivity

Brivity packages CRM, IDX websites, lead generation, nurture, marketing, transaction management, client experience, and recruiting into one platform.

Automated nurture, client communication, templates, and AI-written follow-up are documented. General mailbox synchronization and detailed campaign analytics are less clear in the reviewed sources.

Website / CMS

Core plans include an IDX website feeding registrations to the CRM, with lead capture, listing alerts, market reports, and marketing tools. The platform includes a client transaction portal for shared milestones and documents; visitor self-service booking and website AI chat were not confirmed in the reviewed sources.

CRM

The CRM spans capture, nurture, conversion, transaction checklists, key dates, client portal, team accountability, reporting, and recruiting.

Decision intelligence

Gabbi AI learns from the database, prepares contact briefings, suggests next steps, and writes follow-up messages. The public material does not establish source-linked market reasoning.

Access + team

Brivity GO and related native mobile apps share contacts, tasks, transactions, and communications with the team workspace. Routing and team visibility are built in. Ask Gabbi accepts typed requests and can add a note to a lead; voice intents are not documented.

AI capabilities

Brivity AI Write supports blog writing, while AI Help Me Write drafts messages and Marketer generates listing-ad copy. Ask Gabbi can answer CRM questions and a documented limited action adds a lead note. Reviewed sources do not establish a dated market-data path into generated posts, original image generation, local-folder RAG, confirmed chat-driven email sending, or broad CMS control.

Evidence boundary: The reviewed pages do not document local desktop installation, full mobile-browser parity, source-linked market research, or native voice intents.

Email

Smart Plans coordinate email, text, calls, and direct mail. Gmail and Mailchimp integrations, communication analysis, AI follow-up, and behavioural automation are documented.

Website / CMS

IDX and hyperlocal websites, a WordPress IDX plugin, listing campaigns, SEO, AEO, GEO, paid lead generation, and live activity tracking form the acquisition layer. The website builder lists an AI chatbot and supports a visitor booking form. A client transaction portal is available through the separate Closely app, not as a confirmed website page.

CRM

Smart CRM covers lead scoring, routing, communications, goals, forecasting, transaction management, reporting, team operations, back office, and mobile applications.

Decision intelligence

Lofty identifies intent, scores activity, ranks leads, recommends actions, and can autonomously engage and nurture prospects. Cowork also documents cited live web market research and confirmation before lead record changes.

Access + team

Native mobile apps, shared team CRM data, routing, permissions, and team operations are documented. Cowork executes typed natural-language CRM tasks, while the mobile voice assistant can call, text, search, and update leads.

AI capabilities

Lofty's AI Assistant drafts blog and multichannel content; Social Agent creates and publishes posts from planned campaigns and market insights. Cowork documents contact and transaction updates plus message sending from agent tasks. Market-source citations are available in AI research, but a source freshness guarantee for each published draft is not stated. Native image generation, local-folder RAG, and chat-driven CMS publication were not confirmed.

Evidence boundary: The reviewed website chatbot material confirms visitor interaction, not retrieval of market, listing, school, or investment-summary data in its answers. Human approval is explicit for some Cowork record changes, while autonomous agents operate within configured boundaries. Local desktop installation and full mobile-browser parity are not confirmed.

AgentLocator CRM public product page captured on 22 September 2026

Public product page captured 22 September 2026.

AgentLocator

AgentLocator

Canadian marketLead conversionIntegrated websites

AgentLocator combines Canadian IDX and VOW lead generation, CRM follow-up, automated listings, communications, and mobile access.

Email

Agents can email, text, and call from the CRM, send mass email, use pre-written drip campaigns, and connect Gmail and Google Calendar. AI message drafting is not advertised in the reviewed material.

Website / CMS

Lead-generation and branded IDX/VOW websites include registration, home valuation, listing pages, landing tools, Facebook lead intake, and automated listing delivery. Registered visitors can manage saved listing searches in a website profile. The AI Bot books appointments after an SMS exchange, which is distinct from website self-service booking or embedded AI chat.

CRM

Pipeline statuses, filters, tasks, communication history, website activity, automated campaigns, AI qualification, a dialer, and mobile applications support online lead conversion.

Decision intelligence

Website behaviour and AI qualification help identify active leads. Broader market interpretation, relationship-wide next-best actions, and source-linked local research were not confirmed.

Access + team

Desktop, tablet, and mobile browser use plus a CRM mobile app are documented. Teams can assign leads, control record access, revoke access on reassignment, configure lead sharing, and review agent activity. The AI Bot engages leads rather than controlling the staff application by chat.

AI capabilities

The documented AI Bot handles prospect-facing qualification and appointment booking by text. The reviewed material does not confirm staff-facing AI blog or social drafting, native image generation, a local-folder RAG index, or AI-agent changes to CRM, email, and CMS. Prospect conversation automation is not treated as application control.

Evidence boundary: Local Windows or Mac installation and native staff-facing keyboard or voice application intents are not documented.

REW combines custom real estate websites, IDX, SEO and PPC services, CRM, communications, smart lists, and behaviour-driven automation.

Email

Campaigns, saved-search email, engagement metrics, and workflow automation are documented. Mailbox synchronization and contextual AI drafting are not clear on the reviewed CRM page.

Website / CMS

Custom IDX websites, lead capture, hyperlocal content, SEO, PPC, listing search, and visitor activity are core strengths, with web behaviour feeding CRM follow-up.

CRM

REW CRM provides configurable lead views, filters, smart lists, stages, tasks, automations, campaigns, dialer and text products, reporting, and an emerging Deals capability.

Decision intelligence

Behavioural activity and smart lists help agents identify promising leads. Public evidence for explained relationship priorities, market-aware next actions, and cited public research is limited.

Access + team

The CRM is optimized for mobile browsers and supports multi-user team plans, shared records, private or agent-visible notes, and assignment workflows. REWpert accepts typed content requests, but native CRM record control and voice intents are not confirmed.

AI capabilities

REWpert and NORÉ document AI content for blog, social, and email channels, but they are separately named products or services. The reviewed sources do not show a dated market feed grounding those drafts, native image generation, or local-folder RAG. Typed content requests are documented; direct chat-driven CRM writes, email sends, and general CMS publication are not established.

Evidence boundary: Current native app coverage, granular permission scope, local desktop installation, and AI control of application records require vendor confirmation.

Lone Wolf

Propertybase Salesforce Edition

Propertybase is a Salesforce-native real estate CRM spanning leads, listings, transactions, commissions, reporting, automation, mobile, and Authentisign.

Email

Built-in email marketing, property alerts, automated follow-up, task creation, and milestone communication are documented. AI email drafting and mailbox presentation are not explicit.

Website / CMS

Lead capture and listing matching are included, but the reviewed Salesforce Edition page does not document a public website CMS. Lone Wolf offers web presence through a separate Front Office product.

CRM

Contacts, listing inventory, deal pipeline through commission payout, Salesforce Flow, dashboards, mobile, compliance checklists, documents, and e-signature form the core.

Decision intelligence

Salesforce Agentforce is documented for lead scoring and deal prediction. Why-now explanations, recommended relationship actions, human review semantics, and public-source market research are not confirmed.

Access + team

Full iOS and Android CRM access, team and brokerage use, multi-office structures, lead routing, and Salesforce-based administration are documented. Local installation and native keyboard or voice application intents are not described.

AI capabilities

The Propertybase Salesforce Edition page mentions Agentforce for scoring and prediction. It does not establish that this edition includes AI-created market blog or social content, original image generation, local-folder RAG, or a licensed agent that can operate its CRM, email, and CMS by chat. General Salesforce platform capabilities are not inherited without edition-specific evidence.

Evidence boundary: This profile evaluates Salesforce Edition. Website features from Lone Wolf Front Office are treated as modules, not native Propertybase Salesforce Edition capability. Mobile-browser parity is not explicit.

Constellation1 public product page captured on 22 September 2026

Public product page captured 22 September 2026.

Constellation1

Constellation1 Platform

Brokerages and MLSsConnected suiteBrand family

Constellation1 joins websites and CRM with digital marketing, e-signature, transaction workflows, compliance, commissions, reporting, and specialized product brands.

Email

Automated nurture, digital marketing, CRM follow-up, and campaign tools are documented across the suite. Mailbox sync, AI drafting, and detailed email analytics are less explicit on the reviewed platform pages.

Website / CMS

Brokerage, franchise, agent, and MLS consumer websites use live MLS data with lead capture, routing, follow-up, pipeline management, and shared infrastructure.

CRM

The connected suite covers lead management, pipelines, transactions, e-signature, compliance, commissions, reporting, relocation, and brokerage operations.

Decision intelligence

SmartZip adds predictive seller insights within the broader brand family, but a unified core model for ranked relationships, explained timing, and reviewable next actions was not confirmed.

Access + team

CRM Mobile, real-time phone notifications, brokerage and office permissions, centralized workflows, advanced routing, reassignment, and accountability reporting are documented. Local installation and native AI chat or voice intents are not confirmed.

AI capabilities

The reviewed Websites + CRM and platform pages describe connected marketing and predictive seller products, but do not confirm AI-written market blog or social drafts, native image generation, local-folder RAG, or AI-agent execution of CRM, email, and CMS actions in the same offering. Separate brand capabilities are not assumed to be included.

Evidence boundary: Some capabilities belong to separate products or brands that can be assembled into a suite, so module status matters. Mobile-browser parity is not explicit.

Methodology and limits

A documented capability is not the same as product parity

Sources

Public first-party product pages, pricing pages, help pages, and vendor FAQs were used for every product. Aurynge's public claims were additionally checked against its current implementation and architecture records. Screenshots and prices were reviewed on 22 September 2026.

Status rules

Confirmed requires explicit evidence in the stated source set. Module, integration, or limited evidence covers separate products, partner links, narrower implementations, or incomplete support. Not confirmed is not a claim of absence.

AI evidence boundaries

AI text drafting, source-grounded market content, generated imagery, local-folder indexing, visitor-chat retrieval, and application actions are separate claims. A market feed alone does not prove that AI drafts or visitor chat use it. Market grounding is confirmed when the source-to-draft path and date or recency controls are documented; a near-real-time feed requires separate refresh-cadence evidence. Visitor-chat data rows require a documented retrieval or context-injection path, not just a chatbot beside an IDX search page. Stock images, templates, Canva links, and listing videos do not prove native image generation. CRM advice or drafting does not prove record writes or outbound sends. Supported intents do not mean every application function is controllable by chat.

Website service boundaries

Online booking means a visitor can select and request an appointment from a public booking page or form; an agent recording an appointment or an SMS bot proposing one does not qualify. Property-search accounts and transaction-progress portals are scored separately. A transaction portal can be delivered in a companion client app, which is stated in its product profile rather than presented as a website page.

Comparison design

Products are listed alphabetically and use the same feature definitions. There is no reference product, weighted score, winner, recommendation, or special product styling. Every matrix marker links to its product evidence profile.
